MODULES
Whilst not all modules will be appropriate for your business those that are shall be selected after discussion of what, and how, you do what you do and where you wish to position your organisation in the marketplace. There are certain core modules (e.g. covering the legal requirements) and other modules will be included as required. It is recommended that where modules refer to the activities of your suppliers and customers it is beneficial for management, and perhaps others, to include study of these to improve overall understanding of how their business fits within the industry.

Trainers shall tailor material to individual structures and client groups and deliver the modules as best suits individual circumstances, needs and objectives.
It is therefore expected that a business review process may preceed the delivery of material and implementation of the concepts can either be directly related to the training or taken into account within a wider evaluation.

Indeed the concepts developed within TTQ suggest that they may prove the basis of a more fundemental form of assessment in which the multi-disciplined project team could play a key role. This suggests that it would be beneficial to go 'beyond TTQ' with further developments in the sphere of business planning and marketing founded on this work.
